He has extensive experience in unit and multi-unit marketing, operations, development, renovation, and restoration, as well as reorganization and repositioning activities. As Executive Vice President of Lowe Enterprises, Michael was responsible for Lowe Destination Development’s resort and condominium hotel development program comprised of five active resort projects totaling in excess of one billion dollars. These projects included Terranea Resort, The Village at Wild Dunes, The Stowe Mountain Lodge, The Resort at Squaw Creek, and The Lodge at Suncadia. With Destination Hotels and Resorts (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lowe Enterprises) Hardisty served as Vice President and Managing Director (CEO) of the Hotel Del Coronado as well as overseeing a number of other properties including L’Auberge Del Mar Resort and The Argent Hotel. Prior to Lowe Enterprises Hardisty served as Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation where he was responsible for operations and marketing of luxury hotel and resort properties and his experience was relied upon for development, advisory services, and acquisition/disposition activities. Prior to Tishman, Michael was Vice President of Interstate Hotels Corporation and spent seventeen years with AIRCOA eventually holding the position of Senior Vice President of Development. He holds a BA from Rollin College; holds a California Real Estate Broker License and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. Phil Baxter, is a 25-year veteran of the Hospitality Industry. Baxter is utilizing his significant workout experience to provide Asset Management, Interim Management, Advisory, and Marketing for Owners, Special Servicers and Lenders. His background includes multi-property operations oversight, asset management for large institutional owners, and significant acquisition and development experience. A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, he received his B.S. from The School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University and his M.B.A with a concentration in Marketing from The A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. Mr. Baxter spent 14 years with Tishman Hotel Corporation. In his 14 years with Tishman, Baxter served in a variety of real estate roles, being intimately involved in over $500 million of hotel transactions.
